Matthew J. Troccoli has extensive experience in civil litigation, corporate governance, and business transactions representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various business litigation, tort matters, and other actions having trial and appellate experience in both the federal and state courts.

Attorney Matthew J. Troccoli represents clients throughout the United States and internationally in complex business transactions and litigation matters. Mr. Troccoli began his legal education by earning his Juris Doctor from Florida International University in 2008.

Since entering private practice in 2009, Mr. Troccoli has represented several high-profile clients in civil and criminal matters. In 2018, Mr. Troccoli joined the team at Xander Law Group and adds an additional expertise in the fields of appellate practice, international law, litigation finance, and business transactions.

As an appellate practitioner, Mr. Troccoli has helped create and modify the law in multiple published opinions in various federal and state courts across the country.
